4 JULY 2026
This winter, AMWASA is gathering small circles of women — about fifty per city — around one beautiful morning of food, conversation, and a workshop that genuinely moves people.
We’re not creating an event where someone talks at you. We’re setting a table where everyone belongs at it. Seats are limited deliberately, so that the room stays intimate and the conversation stays real.
The Barfi Table is our launch series for Barfi Books Volume 2 — a collection of stories by Muslim women, gathered from across the country. We’re launching in Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town on the same morning, all at once.
One of those small, sweet moments
you carry with you.
Soft. Unexpected.
Worth telling over a cup of tea.
